BADBADNOTGOOD return with second album BBNG2, another collection of instrumentals
which are either original material from the trio or covers ranging from the
likes of Odd Future and James Blake. The sound is dark and twisted, but the
tight musicianship and the odd saxophone solos give it a certain quirk that
makes it almost impossible to not enjoy.
BBNG2 is currently free to
download here, and it’s certainly up there with BADBADNOTGOOD’s debut, if not
higher than it. There’s nothing to lose from checking it out, they’ve even
described it as ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
, which is awesome.
Check out the opening track
Earl below, and bask in its dirty bass.
