Shoeb Ahmad is an Australian producer who is relatively unknown here in the UK, but in his homeland his legacy is cemented in its music industry. He has collaborated and toured alongside some of the biggest names in the scene and has certainly built up a credible reputation.
Falling Fast is his new single, and the first to be dropped in anticipation for new album Watch/Illuminate, out June 2012 via Mystery Plays Records.
It's a slow paced, atmospheric number complete with jagged sounds and beautiful synth patterns all over. The soundscape sounding extremely natural and the added orchestral parts blend in effortlessly with the worldly environment. The soft vocals of Shoeb Ahmad barely visible but neatly tucked in to drive the song towards it's climax. Beautiful track.
