Featuring two solo songs,
Kannamix has also collaborated with various artists such as Veela and Miller to
add yet more levels of variety to New World EP. From the natural beginning of
opening track Timeless to the female vocals of Veela on Cerulean all the way to
the – technical term – wub wubs on Friendzoned there’s just a boatload of
variation on this record.
New World EP is a great
release and one I will return to many times this year. The atmospheres created
on this thing are beautiful and full of layers of sound which keeps everything
sounding fresh, and Kannamix has just done a great job at keeping everything
sounding great with superb production. Good job.
